Product Return Definition: The term ‘Return’ signifies the process of giving back a purchased item to WAYPOINT TRACKERS PRIVATE LIMITED via the website “waypointgps.in.”

Buyers are permitted to return a product under the following circumstances:

  1. The item is found to be defective.
  2. The Seller sent the wrong item.

To initiate a return, the Buyer must:

  • Send an email to account@waypointgps.in within 15 business days of receiving the order, providing the Order No. #.
  • Ensure the safe return of the item, maintaining its integrity, in an unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Upon inspection of the returned item, a refund for the returned products will be processed. It is important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value.

Buyers are strongly advised to thoroughly review the product listing before making a purchase decision. In the event of ordering the wrong item, the Buyer is not entitled to a return/refund. 2. Payment Gateway

2.1 All payments for WayPoint GPS’s online platform services will be executed through an electronic and automated collection and remittance service (the “Payment Gateway”) hosted on the site by Service Providers.

 

2.2 The use of the Payment Gateway is at your own risk, and WayPoint GPS neither collects nor stores payment details.

3. Transaction Process and Refund Policy

3.1 To confirm your ‘interest’ for a deal, make a payment of the prescribed platform fee to WayPoint GPS. No refund is guaranteed if you decide to cancel the platform subscription after payment.

 

3.2 Once the payment is complete, WayPoint GPS reserves the right to retain the payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 WayPoint GPS bears no liability for any damages arising from the use of the Payment Gateway services.

 

4.2 WayPoint GPS is not responsible for the misuse, theft, or unauthorized use of data over the internet.

5. Banking Details

5.1 Transaction records serve as conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of the transaction.

 

5.2 Provide correct and valid debit/credit card/net banking details to avoid WayPoint GPS recovering the transaction amount and taking legal action.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction given to the courts at Gurgaon for all matters related to or arising from this Policy.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped by emailing us with your Order No.#. A Rs. 50 cancellation fee applies to all orders. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If a product color is out of stock, an alternative color option may be offered. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process and 7-10 business days for banks to complete. Notify banks directly of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by WAYPOINT TRACKERS PRIVATE LIMITED.
